Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?
The floral design studio is based in Surrey, and we serve premium weddings and events across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, and South London. We’re proud to be a recommended floral designer at prestigious venues such as Millbridge Court, Greentrees Estate, Farnham Castle and Wickerwood Farm as well as amongst fellow luxury wedding suppliers featured on Love My Dress directory.
Looking for a wedding florist in the South of England? We’re always happy to travel to new locations, and can accommodate further afield with travel or overnight arrangements as needed. -
When should we enquire with you?
Engaged couples and wedding planners typically secure our bespoke floral design services6 to 18 months in advance of the wedding date. Shorter lead times are sometimes available. As soon as you’ve booked the wedding date and venue, we can begin designing, even if your ideas are hazy. Made with Grace serves a limited number of weddings per season to give the very best care and creativity so early enquiry, especially for peak wedding season is thoroughly recommended!

What is your minimum spend?
To reflect the quality of premium seasonal flowers, design expertise, and highly tailored service, our minimum investment for full wedding floral styling is £2,500. This allows us to deliver impactful, detailed designs that elevate your wedding experience.

We don’t know much about flowers — is that a problem?
Not at all! Many couples feel this way. I’ll guide you through everything, from style and colour palettes to flowers that complement your venue the vision. Every concept we create is bespoke, inspired by your story and surroundings.

Do you have a florist support team?
Yes. While I lead the design and styling process, I’m supported by a team of talented freelance floral designers who assist on-site and in the studio.

What is the payment structure?
For ease, a flat-rate booking fee reserves your date which is redeemed against your final balance. After our second consultation, the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the wedding. Flexible installment payment plans are also offered.

Can floral requirements be adjusted after booking?
Yes. We’ll have a final design consultation about 12 weeks before the wedding to adjust or refine your floral requirements and ensure everything still reflects the vision.

Will we receive mock-ups or design visuals?
Where helpful, digital mock-ups or floral moodboards may be made to communicate specific design elements or installations. These are especially useful for large-scale features or venue-specific styling.

What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
After your event, the MWG team return (usually at midnight or the following morning) to dismantle and collect floral vessels. We always leave a selection of flowers for you to enjoy or gift, and remaining blooms are composted or donated to local hospices or care homes, in line with our sustainable floral practices.
