  • Venue and date of your wedding, event or workshops.

  • Names and contact details of any other essential individuals or suppliers relevant to your wedding, event or workshop.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To enable us to contact you in response to your enquiry about our services and for ongoing communications as your supplier.

  • To enable us to secure, design and deliver a bespoke service to the venue of your wedding, event or workshop. 

  • To contact any other essential individuals or suppliers relevant to your wedding, event or workshop. 

  • For internal record keeping. 

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except when we need to do so in order to complete or process the service such as-. 

  • with freelance florists assisting Made with Grace floral design on the delivery of your floral service.

  • when arranging for a courier company to deliver goods that you have ordered.

We may share this information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information for the duration of our professional relationship from enquiry to service delivery and for two years following as receipt and record. We will then dispose of your information by electronically deleting it from all locations it is held.
